Daniel Christopher Boyer (born November 2, 1971) is an aspiring American surrealist artist, who was born in Hancock, Michigan.
Boyer also contributed to the Surrealist Subversions anthology, which was published in 2002.
Boyer claims to have invented "echo drawings" (a personal variant on the surrealist technique of echo poems that has been adapted to painting and computer graphics and should be distinguished from an unrelated method of phonics instruction) and "aspiratage" (an automatic and surrealist method of making impressions in carpeting by a vacuum cleaner, possibly wheeled).

What state governments ignore, as Benjamin points out, is that this “erosion of instructional funding…has contributed substantially to our current deficiencies” (B2).
