Carlos J. Alazraqui (Born on July 20, 1962 in Sacramento, California) is an American actor, comedian, impressionist and voice actor.
Alazraqui is also an excellent tennis player with a United States Tennis Association grade of 4.0, and has made almost 700 jumps as a skydiver.

Riding the Taco Bell Chihuahua To Fame Carlos Alazraqui is the voice behind the Taco Bell Chihuahua, and he has recently returned to the Bay Area neighborhoods where he grew up to perform a one-man show for the people who influenced his youth.
Alazraqui, who has been doing stand-up comedy for 13 years, explains that the show is based on real characters from his youth.
Alazraqui’s partner in the Taco Bell ads, Gidget the Chihuahua, has recently finished a film of her own, “Crazy In Alabama,” a comedy directed by Antonio Banderas and starring his wife, Melanie Griffith.
