Carlos Quieroz had the right idea a few years ago, but the game has moved on since his unsuccesul spell at Madrid.
If it's true that Carlos is dictating tactics then I think SAF is doing it purely because he sees him as the next manager.
Nevertheless, I thought Carlos was a much better coach than what the current tactics suggest.

If I were Carlos, I would have stepped down the moment the South African Football Association (Safa) announced that Sono would be a technical director and have a final say over the head coach.
We have to admit that Queiroz did not get the support from the players and as a result, he failed to help the national team in Mali.
Carlos was the right coach to take the players to Korea as he was the person who qualified them for that competition.
