Anoles are reptiles and reptiles are "cold-blooded" animals.
Anoles use the heat of their environment or the sun, to warm their bodies and that's why they live in warm areas of the Americas.
Anoles are small lizards, around 4 to 22 inches long, tip of their nose to tail, which in many species can be about two thirds of the animals length.
