I have heard of Carp to 27lbs from Colne but that is biggest i have heard.
Some stretches of the colne hold quite a few carp - namely the stretches which run past some of the large gravel pits which are throughout the colne valley.....
My question: is this a big carp for the Colne and does anyone know if there are records for carp on the Colne, not that I have any ideas about claiming I just want to know if it is a notable fish.
