Cartoon Network jumped, and it jumped not when they actually rolled their own stuff (Which was decent and strange at first), but as the Cartoon Cartoons slowly took over the entire channel.
Cartoon Network worked into the channel's mainframe and sucked out some time, and started to put in stuff like "What a Cartoon show" (Which, by the way, you can crap all about, because this WAS the start of mostly all of the CC cartoons!).
So far, the Cartoon Network has had enough consideration for its viewers not to use any of these gimmicks, which is funny, since its viewers are kids and adult cartoon fans, people with supposedly no attention span.
