Wisconsin Electric Power Company (WEPCO) Senior Environmental Scientist Dave Michaud reported that a WEPCO crew returning by boat from the Oak Creek Power Plant in late October could see the bottom in 27 feet (8 meters) of water near Black Can Reef south of Milwaukee.
