		We rested up by a stream in Castroverde, snacking on yoghurt and flberries, then walked on through fields and woods with some ambiguous forks in the path.
		We were now nearly at Lugo, but we had to make a long descent to the river and were then faced with a huge steep climb up to the hill-top town.
		This was the low point of the walk so far - car fumes, noise, Ximo's heel painful, Maria's ankle painful, hot, tired, dying for a pee, and a large hill to climb.
