While some environmental organizations seem to focus on their opposition to certain practices and threats, the NRCM takes a much broader and positive approach, crafting viable solutions to problems and then building consensus and support from various stakeholders, which so often results in a positive outcomes.
As stated many times, Maine is the last frontier East of the Mississippi and must be preserved at all costs.
But growing up also means we stop taking things for granted; if we enjoy all that Maine has to offer, we have a responsibility to protect it not just for our kids but for their kids, too.
