IBSA - International Blind Sports Federation - Technical Department Section / IBSA and UEFA (the Union of European Football Associations, organisers of the Champions League, the UEFA Cup and the Euro Championships) have signed a sponsorship agreement to develop blind futsal in the region. Europe is one of the strongholds of the sport; we have a good number of countries competing internationally, as can be seen from our IBSA European Championships in the B1 category later this month.
