On the other hand the lowest child sex ratio is seen in case of rural areas of Fatehgarh district of Punjab (747) followed by Salem in Tamil Nadu (763).

Jamshedpur, July 29: Mukesh Kumar Yadav of Uttar Pradesh and L. Aruna Devi of Manipur won the 4th All-India JRD Tata Invitational half-marathon in the men’s and women’s category, respectively today.
Mukesh clocked 1:8.30 and Aruna 1:21.17 to win the race which was held to coincide with the birth centenary of JRD Tata.
A total of 204 athletes (170 men and 34 women) from across the country participated in the run which was flagged-off from the JRD Tata Sports Complex by G.M. Bhatia, chief, administration, Tata Steel.
