A native of Trafford, Pa., and a resident of Virginia Beach since 1974, she was the president of Employment Services Inc., co-founder of H.U.G.S., a cancer support group, managed Beta Corp. and Office Staffers Inc. and was a member of both St. Mark and Ascension Catholic churches.
Survivors include her husband, Nelson I. Green; two sons, Douglas N. Green of Bonita Springs, Fla., and Gregory N. Green of Virginia Beach; two daughters, Cathi Ann Kemp of Seaford, Del., and Bonni Ann Carney of Sterling, Va.; one brother; four sisters; and six grandchildren.
