I wasn't keen on the Catwoman character however.
Just my luck, during Catwoman, the audience was silent (except of course for the roar of laughter that I am sure was unintended at certain points in the movie).
The only good thing in Catwoman is your outfit and you took too long to adorn said costume.

Ashley Judd and Gwyneth Paltrow were both on the shortlist for the title feline, but both might have succumbed to the Lee Meriweather syndrome (she was in the movie version of the TV series): though she was sexy, many considered her too wholesome for the part.
The biggest problem with Catwoman is Sharon Stone as Laurel, the long-time face of the cosmetics conglomerate (and wife of the CEO) who is cast aside in favor of a younger model when she turns forty.
