Cecilia Zhang remains missing, although the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) canceled the Amber Alert late Tuesday morning.
According to Constable Mike Hayles of the Toronto Police Communications division, the OPP canceled the alert because they felt it had done its job by alerting everyone to the fact the Cecilia was missing, and that media coverage was extensive.
