Cellou Dalein Diallo (born 1953?) is a Guinean economist and politician.
Diallo worked at the central bank before joining Conté's cabinet in 1995.
In early April 2006, a radio broadcast announcing cabinet changes which would have increased Diallo's power was interrupted by soldiers; Diallo was then dismissed as prime minister.
