		Try this apt-get -s install centericq centericq-common libxcursor-dev if it looks good then remove the -s from the line to install if it does not want to install then post the entire message.
		To solve the KDE problem you need to install the latest versions of the programs it wants so apt-get -s install kdelibs-data kdelibs-bin if it looks good remove the -s to install you may have to use kdelibs-data/unstable and the same on the end of the -bin in the install line.

		The problem lies in that your version of openssl proviedes the file libssl.so.4 and the rpm you are tying to install needs libssl.so.0.9.7, there is a strong possibility that they are the same file.
		You either need to find a copy of libssl that provides libssl.so.0.9.7, i wouldn't recomend it as some other packages need it and they will be broken, find a version of centericq that rquires libss.so.4, try compiling from source if possible the link provedid was broken so could not help.
