Centerpartiet, the traditional agrarian party, has for many years been declining from a position as the main party of the parliamentary right, but with a more social democratic touch regarding the welfare state than the classical right.
In this year’s campaign, the Centerpartiet took the most left wing stance regarding Bush and Blair’s war drive.
While all the other parties, including the Left party, gave their support to whatever the UN decides to be the appropriate way to deal with Saddam Hussein, the Centerpartiet demanded proof of the existence of the supposed ’weapons of mass destruction’ before even considering military action.

Now S.A.P. (the Social Democrat Party) and Folkpartiet (the Liberal Party) joined Centerpartiet in their demands of a plebiscite about the future of nuclear power in Sweden.

Usability Partners : News : Editorials : Votes lost in cyberspace!
For those voters with less than perfect vision then certain party sites may literally give them a headache.
What made matters even worse was that the formatting of texts on some sites (Centerpartiet being the worst offender) - scanning through pages to find information was impossible, so potential voters face daunting volumes of text they must read through in order to find answers to basic questions.
Several sites didn't work at all on occasions during the review (over 2-3 weeks prior to the election) - visitors being met with blank pages or error messages.

Despite my best efforts, I have no idea what these rural Centerpartiet (C) slogans mean.
The first slogan, interpreted blandly, is impossible to disagree with, and aren't EU citizens already equal before EU law?
Perhaps rural areas, where Centerpartiet is strong, will interpret this along city/country lines, and see it as code for supporting farmers against pressures from city folks like myself.
