Wales centre Ceri Sweeney has withdrawn from the squad set to face England in the RBS Six Nations 2006 opener at Twickenham on Saturday after pulling up in training today with a groin injury.
Nicky is an established member of the squad and as such his transition into the match-day 22 should be a smooth one.
Sweeney pulled up in training this afternoon and was ruled out of contention for this weekend's clash by the Welsh medical team.
