Chak was the grandson of Gumbaeki, elder of the village of Palsaang on Kashyyyk, a village targeted by Trandoshan slavers, under the cover of the Battle of Kashyyyk.
Later, Chak was present at the Battle of Kashyyyk.

 Chak De India (2007)
At the time when Bollywood Badshah Shah Rukh Khan-starrer Chak De India is rocking places, the Directorate of Sports & Youth Welfare is counting days to know the names of countries participating in the Junior Women Hockey Asia Cup.
Chak De India is a forthcoming Bollywood film, to be directed by Shimit Amin starring Shahrukh Khan and Vidya Malvade in lead roles.
The movie revolves around the story a hockey coach for a girl’s team and a young Sikh girl who wants to join the hockey team but does not get the approval of her parents.

  Chak Chak - Wikipedia
The village of Chak Chak, also known as Pir-e Sabz, consists of a shrine perched beneath a towering cliff face in the desert of central Iran.
Meaning “drop-drop” in Persian, Chak Chak is where Nikbanou, second daughter of the last pre-Islamic Persian ruler, the Sassanian Emperor Yazdegerd III of Persia, was cornered by the invading Arab army in 640 CE.
The actual temple of Chak Chak is a man-made grotto sheltered by two large bronze doors.

 Chak-e-Wardak Hospital Afghanistan
In early March there was a seminar about AIDS for 120 teachers taking place in Chak which was sponsored by WHO Kabul in cooperation with the ministries of public health and education.
All in the Chak hospital now employs 6 general MD's, one general surgeon, one orthopedic surgeon, two gynaecologists and one dentist(female).
Having been sent on it's long journey in late April this year's container finally reached the hospital in mid-July after having been stopped on the road in Afghanistan for a while because the truck broke down, and a replacement had to be sent from Kabul together with a crane.
