The Chaldean rite is used by Chaldeans, Assyrians and Malabars.
Monsignor Yousif: The Chaldeans are in the five continents and practice their liturgy with freedom, using their language and translating it to the local languages if necessary.

The Chaldean Catholic Church aka the Chaldean Church of Babylon (Arabic: الكنيسة الكلدانية‎, al-kanīsä 'l-kaldāniyyä) is an Eastern Rite sui juris (autonomous) particular church of the Roman Catholic Church, maintaining full communion with the Pope in Rome.
A meeting in 1996 between H.H Mar Dinkha IV of the Assyrian Church and Mar Raphael I Bidawad of the Chaldean Catholic Church began an effort to bring the two churches into eventual communion.
The current Patriarch is Mar Emmanuel III Delly, elected in 2003 on the death of Mar Bidawid.

This is an Oriental liturgy, sometimes assigned to the Syrian group because it is written in the Syriac tongue; sometimes to the Persian group because it was used in Mesopotamia and Persia.
It is also used by the Chaldean Uniats of the same region, but their liturgy has, of course, been purged of all traces of Nestorian tenets.

The liturgies of the middle ages were certainly more elaborate than the liturgies of the Early Church, and this was primarily due to the fact that much of the Early Church was under Roman persecution.
It is through the liturgy that the community gathered is nourished and transformed by grace, and commanded to go forth into the world to be the Body of Christ, to serve the world.
Nevertheless, the study of the Didache in liturgical context is important because of its emphasis on the Eucharistic ("thanksgiving") nature of the ceremony and the necessity of unity for the people gathered so that their "sacrifice may be pure." The Didache also uses the understanding of the Eucharist as a sacrifice.
