  Zombies according to Chalmers
Chalmers suggests that our ability to conceive of some thing or state of affairs entails that whatever we are conceiving is logically possible.
Pressing on, Chalmers argues that case for the conceivability (and, hence, logical possibility) of zombies is bolstered by considerations regarding non-standard realisations of ourselves, such as Block’s Chinese Nation example (1980).
Chalmers, himself, rightly argues that the metaphysical possibility of such a system is irrelevant; all that is important to his case is that it is a coherent claim to say that such a system lacks conscious experience.

 The hard Problem in Consciousness
On top are those that project to pre-motor and motor structures in the brain, where they fire the neurons that initiate such actions as speaking or avoiding an oncoming automobile.
Chalmers believes, as we do, that the subjective aspect of an experience must relate closely to the firing of the neurons corresponding to those aspects (the neural correlates).
Chalmers proposes that they require the introduction of 'experience' as a fundamental new feature of the world, relating to the ability of an organism to process information.
