		In David Eddings' fantasy saga The Belgariad, Chamdar is an Angarak sorcerer and servant of Torak.
		He has been attempting to end the line of Riva for a very long time, to prevent the coming of the king once more (which could spell doom for Torak, and indeed does), and nearly succeeds when he burns down Garion's (later Belgarion) parents' house when Garion was a baby.
		During a confrontation between Chamdar and Polgara, Garion kills Chamdar by willing him to burn alive, and develops many emotional problems from the ordeal.

		I thought it might be useful to have a running archive of game material as we tend to have long lapses between games, and this could serve as a memory refresher, if not for the players, then definitely for the DM.
