WWE Undisputed Championship - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The title was "officially" created by the unification of the WWF World Heavyweight Championship and the WCW World Heavyweight Championship.
The Undisputed Championship was later held by The Undertaker, The Rock, and finally Brock Lesnar, who on August 26, 2002 signed an exclusive contract to appear on the SmackDown!
This led to RAW General Manager Eric Bischoff presenting a new World Heavyweight Championship to Triple H, simply awarding him the championship, citing the fact that Triple H was the last person to hold that championship belt, referencing the time before Ric Flair presented Triple H with a singular belt which represented the Undisputed Championship.

WCW World Tag Team Championship - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The WCW World Tag Team Championship was the major tag team title in World Championship Wrestling from 1991 to 2001, when the promotion closed.
From July 1992 to September 1993, the WCW World Tag Team Championship was unified with the current version of the NWA World Tag Team Championship, but the titles were split when WCW left the National Wrestling Alliance.
Under WWF ownership, the title was still defended and held mostly by WWF stars until a unification match with the WWF Tag Team Championship (now known as the World Tag Team Championship) between the Hardy Boyz and the Dudley Boyz.
