There is movement in Changeup nationally with the national hubs starting to develop initiatives and there is a national ChangeUp website.
The national Hubs have an initial 2 year funding from ChangeUp whilst the regionbal and sub regional consortia/projects have only one year, this means there will be some dissonance and issues with continuity until capacity builders comes on line and the relationship between national and regional continuity.
Government Office West Midlands has committed their 2005/6 ChangeUp funds to specific agreed projects all current work is administrating the delivery of monies and the monitoring and evaluation of commissioned projects.
