 | | Surfing on the hands of friends and strangers in the mosh pit, they sang along with Relient K to songs called, “Chap Stick, Chapped Lips and Things Like Chemistry,” “Mood Rings” and “Thunder Cat.” |
 | | My daughter asks, “Can I share a song with you that is a great worship song?” and I say, “Sure.” She pops in the CD and off we go on somewhat of an odyssey with lyrics that confuse my mind, and music that hits me behind my right eye. |
 | | I’m not real keen on the whole idea of a mosh pit, and hopefully that practice will never make it to the main sanctuary as a part of a worship service, but I must admit it is thrilling to witness kids gathering and expressing their love for God with such authenticity and energy. |
