Charalambos "Bambos" Xanthos is a Greek Cypriot hotel and restaurant owner based in London, England.
Xanthos learnt poker from his father in 1960.
His biggest tournament cash was 2nd place behind Dave Colclough in the $1,500 no limit hold'em main event at the 2000 European Poker Classic, where he won £40,635.

Apart from Metropolitan Evangelos, the deceased is survived by her husband John and the Metropolitan’s brothers, Charalambos and Michael.
Archbishop Demetrios of America presided over the funeral, in which Metropolitan Methodios of Boston, Metropolitan Paisios of Tyana (Abbot of the Patriarchal Monastery of St. Irene Chrysovalantou in Astoria), Bishop Philotheos of Meloa, Bishop Demetrios of Xanthos and Bishop Vikentios of Apameia also participated.
Eleven Archimandrites and 30 priests also participated, while hundreds of faithful flocked the church, which was brimming with flowers.

His major tournament money finishes include two World Series of Poker (WSOP) final tables and 2nd place in the £500 no limit hold'em event at the 2002 European Poker Championships.
Citrone also appeared in the Late Night Poker television series (series 5, episode 7) where he finished 3rd, behind Dave Colclough and Charalambos "Bambos" Xanthos.
In 2004, Citrone was sentenced to two years in prison for smuggling 2,700,000 cigarettes.
