Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital (SCGH) has achieved significant improvements in bed management since joining the National Demonstration Hospital Program (NDHP) in July 1997 as part of The Alfred Hospital consortium.
These are reported regularly in the medical and nursing newsletters, in order to ensure that staff in all areas of the hospital are informed of the improvements that have been made and to recognise the effort of the teams and wards involved.
