		Charles Washington, the founder of Charles Town, was born in Hunting Creek, now Fairfax County, Virginia on May 2, 1738.
		Being within the Charles Town city limits, the property is ripe for development, although the Gavins would very much prefer that the property be preserved in its entirety for the enjoyment of future generations.
