Charlie Owen is an attorney and businessman who makes his home in Louisville with his wife, Joanne, and step-daughter, Clay McClure.
Charlie was recognized for the extraordinary progress Kentucky made during this seven year period when he was twice elected Chair of the National Conference of State Crime Commission Directors.
Owen is a former member of the Kentucky Council on Postsecondary Education that has overseen Kentucky's recent progress in postsecondary education, serves the Board of the Governor's Scholars and the Kentucky YMCA Youth Association.
