I thought this was a fabulous book, i have read books by Ms Bingham before but this was my favorite so far, i have then gone on to read the other two books in the trilogy.
"The Chestnut Tree" by Charlotte Bingham tell the story of four young women in war-time Britian and how they lives are changed by the war.
Bingham before I was not sure what to expect, but I can say that I was not disappoined.
