		When Charlotte Raven wrote in The Observer that bisexuality was "the love that should never speak its name", it was obviously the job of the editor of BCN to condemn and ridicule her.
		What Raven detests is the way that bisexual politics, with its calls for all-round niceness, opts for "terrible gloopy wholesomeness" (a phrase that more than one ex-Bicon attender has come close to muttering).
		My problem with Raven's article, while I disagree in principle with slagging off bisexuality, and hate the fact that there aren't many positive images of bisexuals out there, is that, in the end, I'm inclined to agree with her analysis of contemporary bisexual identity.
