		Don't misunderstand me. All of the Cup racers still will be showing up for the races after the cut is made at Richmond International Raceway, but very few fans or media will be paying attention to those not in the Chase.
		To me the Chase started in February at Daytona and should finish in November at Homestead, Fla. Brian France and the folks who market NASCAR Nextel Cup racing decided it would be better to manipulate the Chase, make it look closer than it really is.
