These yards were later moved when the land they occupied became too valuable to operate as just a timber yard, to be located as new yards on a three acre site nearer the Port Adelaide Railway Station.
Sabina died in Albert Park, Adelaide on the 14th November 1952, and was buried in Cheltenham Cemetery.
