As for the OP, any targeted removal spell (drain enchant, shatter, strip, etc.) can't take it away, which isn't too bad because of the duration of at max it's about 19 or 20 seconds, that's 16 seconds + 20% enchanting mod.
as stated, well of profane, and chillblains (if not covered by other enchants) can remove it.
