Normally I suggest these moves on "weak" Pokemon so they can possibly contribute to their teams somehow before dying (and Chimecho certainly LOOKS weak at first glance, before you ever stop to consider his stats), but Chimecho might actually be able to use them to suit his own ends if he plays his cards right.
And, as (kinda) mentioned before, Chimecho can indeed pass these moves on to the rest of his party if he is unable to take advantage of them himself for whatever reason.
Chimecho may be a great nurse but he's never going to win any Sweeper of the Year awards, so best to treat him as such.

Yeah, I took the first picture myself~ I had to triple-take that scene a couple of times before deciding to pause it and take the time to check XP The Dustox in front moves forward quickly before going back again and vanishing completly.
I do have a decent picture of Chimecho from the back, one of which clearly shows that it doesn't have feet and the appendage is indeed a tail.
EDIT: And here we have a lovely picture of Chimecho's rear, clearly showing it indeed has a tail.

It looks like Chimecho because I use that code for the basis of this.
It started as a plugin which would have altered the phase for each band (I was experimenting with frequency smearing for a tape delay).
Chimecho would get a little crazy on the high end, but thats why i used it as a send instead of an insert.
