		Chinchou's other characteristic is fairly lame and altogether useless in trainer battles, so we won't waste time going over it.
		The Rain Dance/Thunder/Surf combo is as popular as ever for Chinchou, considering he's one of the VERY few Water type who aren't weak to Electric type moves out there...this particular Chinchou doesn't live as long as his more annoying cohorts, but he sure does pack a whallop as long as he's around.
		Finally, in GSC Chinchou was one of the many Water types who could employ a trapping Whirlpool/Toxic combo...such an unreliable combo is an absolute insult to the thing and his veritable plethora of DECENT move options as far as I'm concerned, but I just wanna make sure I cover all my bases here.
