		Chipotle has recently participated in local Kansas charities with its "Walking the Guac for Sustainability" in which 100 percent of its guacamole sales were donated to the Land Institute, which is a nonprofit research and education organization based in Salina that studies the building of ecologically stable agricultural systems.
		Chipotle is currently the largest restaurant seller of naturally raised meats in the country, and a percentage of its beans are organically grown.
