  Chippenham Museum and Heritage Centre
Chippenham Town Council created the Chippenham Museum and Heritage Centre, which is housed in a fine 18th century grade II listed building.
This was used for the next phase of development to enable the completion of the four first floor galleries, a dedicated research room, three storage rooms and a fully equipped education wing.
The aim of the staff of the Museum and the Chippenham Town Council is to encourage people to become closely involved with all aspects of future projects.

I would like to provide an insight to the club by briefly referring to some of the original founding minutes from that first meeting at the Bear Hotel, which are now held in the Chippenham Museum.
