Chokmah is the male, positive, dynamic energy and its symbols include the Lingam, the Greek Phallic symbol, the Standing Stone, the Magicians Wand all portray the idea of  something upright and an implement of thrusting force in contrast to the containers, receptacles, Cups of Binah.

A partial experience of Chokmah may occur when we have a powerful upsurging of energy, when we zoom around doing this and doing that, or we might experience during periods of meditation feelings of complete power and that we are a God or Deity.

The Magus corresponds to the Sephira Chokmah, whose manifestation in the universe is Masloth, the Sphere of the Fixed Stars.
It transmits the idea of the divine unity to its feminine counterpart, the understanding, somewhat as a man transmits the essence of his racial character to his wife so that he perceives his inmost nature, itself unintelligible to him directly, by observing the flowering of that essence in his son.

Ghagiel - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Chokmah is the sephira concerned with creative, subjective energy, the phallic force that acts upon Binah, the great mother, the receiver of this energy and giver of form.
If Chokmah is not balanced by the force of Binah, it remains proud, unrestricted energy, too stubborn to be bound by the matrix of the mother, unwilling to 'bow down to man' and take material form, like the Islamic legend regarding Iblis, Satan describes.
Therefore, Chokmah, Wisdom, becomes Ghagiel, the force that hinders the natural evolution of divine energy flowing down into the creation, through pride and egotism, and maintains itself in the world of illusion and lies.Easily induced or conjured within you by observing a circle filled with gray and white dots, where the gray dominates.
