Choy Lay Fut is one of the most widely practiced styles of kung-fu in the world.
According to Wai, the Choy Lay Fut system is based on ten elements: chum (downward block), na (grab), kwa (hanging backfist), sou (swinging hook punch), chop (straight punch or stab), pow (uppercut), cup (downward punch), biu (shooting or sideways swinging punch), chong (slamming hit), and deng (kick).

Drop the Choy Lay Fut and just do Wing tsun you will find not only is it a much better more advanced system than clf, it also works the mind rather than just monkey see monkey do.

As many Choy Lay Fut followers have been "kept in the dark", especially those of the latter days Chan Clan, who because of their martial arts lineage have come to accept Chan Heung as the creator of Choy Lay Fut -this is news to them.

Poon Sing is a very close CLF comrade of my sifu Kong Hing and he has been present at every Buck Sing CLF and Tarm Sarm Memorial celebration held in Hong Kong as well as those organized by the Singapore Hong Sheng Koon.
However, he and others have told and propagated their story on CLF pertaining to the Chan Heung legacy and have accused the Hung Sing and Buck Sing followers of distorting the history on CLF.
