		Chris Knapp of Sutter Creek started his Judo competition season off this year with an awesome win at the Amador Judo Tournament in Livermore on April 17.
		Knapp trains very hard in Kodokan Judo at his dojo in Sacramento and is hoping to make it to the United States Judo Federation (USJF) National Championships to be held in Irvine in July.

		The lead was restored 2 minutes later when an Everitt through ball put Knapp through again, as the defenders and keeper advanced he deftly lobbed the ball over all of them for 3-2.

	Mt. St. Helens, YMCA Camp Loowit
		In September of 1929, W.E. Knapp and S.M. Morris reported to the YMCA Directors that a permanent site for a camp had been located at Spirit Lake.
		The first visit of Longview people, in an official capacity was made in October 1929, when the camp site was formally dedicated, under the direction of C.E. Nutter, General Secretary of the YMCA.
