Williams took a 1-0 lead in the 23rd minute of the first half as forward Mike Guilfoy pounced on a defensive miscue on the left side of the penalty area and touched the ball past Warriors keeper Justin Murphy (15 saves) with the outside of his right foot.
Williams, the second seed in the tournament (15-1-4), will meet Seekonk in the semifinals tomorrow night at Brockton High School.
