also the fact remains christiane gagnon is widely respected as a hard working mp who cares about her constituants,pencil this one in for the bloc as a hold.

Gagnon’s phrase "respect for the creator" that would not surround her attitude to the person who made her sandwich or her shoes.
Gagnon has fair dealing rights, supports public lending rights through her taxes, and may be using resources of an institution that pays licensing fees, but this apparently cannot assuage her guilt, which is almost existential.
The phrase "our creative people" is common in Ottawa: see for example MP Christiane Gagnon’s question in the Heritage Committee: "How are our creative people going to be able to earn a living if their work is given up for free?" (House of Commons Standing Committee on Canadian Heritage, 27 April, 2004).

Pastor Gordie Lagore of the Calgary Christian Center once took me out for lunch and shared how on a Wednesday afternoon the pastors of Calgary Christian Center would talk about other persons in their pastoral meetings, even wrongfully sharing, private and confidential information about married persons not present there.
I next subsequently was removed from the crooked Victory church, because I had rightfully objected to one of their elders owning a liquor establishment, selling beer and wine, the bad church elders had said it was not my place to judge them.

OTTAWA, Apr 28 (LSN) - Yesterday in the House of Commons, MP Christiane Gagnon (Quebec, BQ) referred to the cloning of the three goats in Montreal as an indication that legislation to ban human cloning is urgently required.
"Will the minister pledge to pass Bill C-247, which makes human cloning a criminal offence, before the end of the session?," Gagnon asked Health Minister Allan Rock.
Rock told her: "It is my intention to table a bill on this issue later this year."
