God is the same yesterday, today, and tomorrow (Hebrews 13:8), He does not change (Malachi 3:6), so what was pagan worship and what was used as pagan symbols for gods, not the real God, in ancient times is still considered pagan by God today.
Today, there are many religious and non-religious people who shave their heads, most of which are probably not aware of the pagan significance of it.
