Nikolay V. Sloboda and Ilya Melnick, both 17, who had been sought by police since the death of 18-year-old Michael Behm, were arrested during the night, according to a spokesman with the King County Sheriff's Office.
Melnick, who is being held on an assault warrant, was charged yesterday with assaulting a friend of Behm's, but he is not accused of being involved in Behm's death, prosecutors said.
According to charging documents, Sloboda and Melnick were in a Mitsubishi Mirage with their girlfriends when they pulled up alongside a Chevy Beretta driven by Behm.

Family Service Minister Christine Melnick says the government has already looked into Aiyawin, and is taking action to ensure it is run properly.
Melnick says it's a coincidence that the provincial auditor moved in on Aiyawin at the same time the CBC I-Team began reporting on it.
But the NDP government threw that suggestion back at them; Melnick says the Tories cut the auditor's office budget when they were in power, which has made it harder for the auditor to do his job.

Amendments to the Child and Family Services Act, introduced by Family Services Minister Christine Melnick, increase the maximum penalties for luring children under 18 into a sex act from three months in jail and a $500 fine to two years in jail and a $50,000 fine.
She said the increased penalties are part of a larger strategy of protecting vulnerable children and getting them off the streets.
Melnick says those charged under the province's law stand a better chance of being convicted.

She explained plans for improving the quality of life for the residents at the Manitoba Developmental Centre by providing private and semi-private rooms, improved fire safety, better space, wheel-chair accessibility and updated kitchen and dining areas.
I take issue with some of the points the minister makes to support her decision to spend $40 million to upgrade the Manitoba Developmental Centre at Portage la Prairie.
