Christopher (Chris) Bangle (born 1956 in Ohio) is an automobile designer and Chief of Design for BMW Group.
But his designs have sold, and after being replaced as Chief Designer of BMW, Bangle became the Chief of Design for the whole BMW Group, including Mini and Rolls Royce.
I love Chris Bangle's designs, even though they are so controversial, they are still selling more than Mercedes...

Bangle was born on October 14, 1956 in Ravenna, Ohio, raised in Wisconsin, and attended the Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, California.
For Bangle this marked the end of the evolution of BMW design and the revolution was witnessed with the 2002 introduction of the BMW E65.
