The lawsuit filed in U.S. District Court also denies Donnelley's claim that Cincinnati Bell's decision to hire the Dayton, Ohio-based Berry Co. to sell advertising for directories to be published next November violates terms of Donnelley's 1992 marketing agreement with Bell.
Bell said it told Donnelley Aug. 26 that it would let their current agreement expire.
