		CineMagic Theatres announced today an agreement with Gus Chafoulias, Chairman of Chafoulias Companies, to acquire the Chateau Theatre on 37th street.
		The move comes after CineMagic Theatres recently signed an exclusive agreement with IMAX Corporation to open two new IMAX MPX theatres as part of CineMagic's multiplex development plans in the Twin Cities market with an option for a third.
		A deal is close to completion that will literally breath new life into the theater as the owners of Minneapolis-based company, CineMagic Theaters, have reached an agreement to purchase the facility with plans to reopen it, if all goes right, by Memorial Day weekend at the earliest.

	Cinemagic Stadium Theater - Saco, ME 04072 - Reviews: Movie Theaters
		They have stadium seating in the theaters which means I've never had to watch a movie here where the head of the person in front of me blocked part of the screen for the whole show.
		Their theaters are as clean as one can expect and their ticket prices are comparable to regular theaters.
		Just as a movie theater should be, you will enjoy or not enjoy your trip to Saco Cinemagic based entirely on whether or not you like the movie!
