		It was developed by the Cinecolor Corporation, and was in use from 1930 to 1938 as a competitor to Technicolor.
		While Cinecolor could produce vibrant oranges, blues, and flesh tones, it was notorious for not being able to properly replicate bright greens (rendered grey) and purples (rendered fl).
		Nevertheless, Cinecolor was used extensively by the film industry, particularly in animation, where Walt Disney held an exclusive contract to use three-strip Technicolor from 1932 until the end of 1935.

		Paramount switched to Polarcolor during this time, Columbia was using Cinecolor and I don't know what MGM, Disney or Lantz did, but I think this was around the time of Lantz closing his studio after moving to UA.
		I'd guess that Cinecolor was just given the 3-color SEs and then did whatever they had to do to come up with 2-color printing elements.
		If that's the case, the "Cinecolor" LTGC titles made from the 3-color SEs would now have just as much right to be called "Technicolor" as any of the others whose projection prints were produced via dye transfer.

		This is due to the fact that, in the substandard field, Cinecolor utilizes 35-mm width film with multiple rows of either 16-mm or 8-mm perforations so that it becomes necessary only to flip the pivoted bracket when a splice between 35-mm film and either of the two substandard films appears at the driving mechanism.

		I don't believe I've ever seen the origninal credits to the earlier Cinecolor "Parade" titles, but it doesn't seem likley they'd be the same.....
		I have only seen one or two of the Cinecolor releases, and these were on DVD's, transferred from Commonwealth re-issues.
		I am not sure that original 16mm prints were struck on these with original titles; someone would probably have to uncover a 35mm nitrate print to see theses.
