Since the GR makes a seemingly lengthy and boring detour in the forests (and probably also because I have hope to find a restaurant at Cirey-sur-Vesouze), I am unfaithful to the official course of GR533 and aim for Cirey to pitch my tent there.
If you have some nostalgy of East Germany, don't miss Cirey-sur-Vesouze ; very poor houses with only one storey are reminiscent of german similar towns, but decaying paint typically evocates more the 80s in the East than present manicured villages.
